1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Parvati Freaks website and ticketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we post. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who We Are

Parvati Freaks is a third-party ticketing platform that connects event organizers with ticket buyers. We do not organize or host events — we provide the tools to promote and sell tickets.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to purchase or sell tickets.

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may not impersonate another person or use a fake identity.

4. Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket purchases are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
  • Tickets are delivered digitally via email or user account dashboard.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have access to your ticket before the event.
  • Tickets may not be duplicated, resold, or altered unless explicitly allowed by the event organizer.

5. Event Cancellations & Changes

Event changes are the responsibility of the event organizer.

If an event is cancelled or significantly altered, we will work with the organizer to process appropriate refunds. Parvati Freaks is not financially liable for the refund — the final decision and refund processing lies with the organizer.

7. Organizer Responsibilities

If you’re selling tickets via Parvati Freaks, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details and pricing
  • Handle your own event logistics and legal responsibilities
  • Issue refunds in case of cancellation or significant event changes
  • Comply with local laws, permits, and health & safety regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or remove your events or account if you violate these terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our platform to:

  • Sell fake, fraudulent, or duplicated tickets
  • Promote illegal or unsafe events
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Spam users or mislead attendees
  • Violate intellectual property rights

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Fees and Charges

We may charge service fees to both buyers and organizers. All fees will be clearly displayed at checkout or during event setup. These fees help us keep the platform running and support our community.

10. Limitation of Liability

Parvati Freaks is not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, legality, or execution of events
  • Personal injury, property damage, or losses at events
  • Errors in event listings by organizers

We provide the platform “as is” without warranties or guarantees.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, designs, and branding on the site belong to Parvati Freaks unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or reuse any part of the platform without permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

13. Governing Law

⚖️ Terms of Service & User Agreement

This Terms of Service and User Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between Parvati Freaks (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Parvati Freaks website, ticketing portal, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering an account, purchasing a ticket, listing an event, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

🔹 1. Nature of the Platform

Parvati Freaks operates exclusively as an intermediary, third-party ticketing and registration software provider. We facilitate the transaction between event creators and attendees. Parvati Freaks is not the creator, organizer, host, or owner of any events listed on the Platform. We assume no liability for the execution, safety, legality, or quality of any event.

🔹 2. User Roles and Account Obligations

To utilize specific functionalities of the Platform, you must register for an account under one of three distinct user designations. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

  • Buyers (Attendees): Individuals purchasing tickets for events listed on the Platform.
  • Organizers: Entities or individuals who create, manage, and host events, utilizing the Platform to sell tickets and track attendance.
  • Promoters: Authorized individuals or entities who market events on behalf of Organizers or the Platform in exchange for agreed-upon commissions.

⚠️ Parvati Freaks reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates any provision of this Agreement.

🎟️ 3. Buyer (Attendee) Terms & Refund Policy

By purchasing a ticket through Parvati Freaks, Buyers expressly agree to the following conditions:

✅ 3.1 Final Sales & Non-Refundable Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the Organizer. Buyers assume the responsibility of ensuring their availability prior to completing a purchase.

✅ 3.2 Event Cancellations and Postponements

In the event that an Organizer cancels or indefinitely postpones an event, Buyers are entitled to a refund of the ticket face value, subject to the following deductions:

  • Convenience Fee Retention: Parvati Freaks will deduct and retain a strictly non-refundable 15% convenience/processing fee from the total transaction amount prior to issuing the refund to the Buyer.
  • Processing Time: Refunds for canceled events will be processed only after the Organizer has formally verified the cancellation and authorized the return of funds through the Platform.

✅ 3.3 Ticket Delivery and Validity

Tickets are delivered digitally via email and are accessible within the Buyer’s Platform dashboard. The Platform is not liable for entry denial resulting from duplicated, forged, or unauthorized resold tickets.

🎪 4. Organizer Terms, Fees, and Payouts

Organizers utilizing Parvati Freaks to sell tickets are bound by the following operational and financial terms:

✅ 4.1 Platform Fees

Organizers agree to pay Parvati Freaks a platform service fee ranging from 5% to 20% of total gross ticket sales. The exact percentage shall be determined via prior written agreement, digital correspondence, or contract execution between the Organizer and Parvati Freaks. This fee will be automatically deducted from the Organizer's gross sales prior to payout.

✅ 4.2 Payout Schedule and Holds

  • Standard Payout: Organizer funds (minus applicable Platform fees) will be released three (3) business days following the successful conclusion of the event.
  • Banking Delays: Parvati Freaks is not liable for delays in the receipt of funds caused by bank holidays, weekends, or standard processing times of third-party financial institutions.
  • Withholding Rights: We reserve the right to withhold payouts if we suspect fraudulent activity, anticipate severe chargebacks, or if the Organizer fails to deliver the event as advertised.

✅ 4.3 Organizer Liability and Event Execution

Organizers are solely responsible for all event logistics, safety protocols, required permits, venue licensing, and compliance with local laws. Organizers must independently manage all customer service disputes relating to the actual event experience.

📣 5. Promoter Terms and Payouts

✅ 5.1 Commission Payout Schedule

Promoter commissions are calculated based on successfully tracked sales. Payouts for Promoters will follow the exact same timeline as Organizers. Funds will be processed for withdrawal three (3) business days after the conclusion of the promoted event, subject to standard banking delays and bank holidays.

🚫 6. Prohibited Conduct

Users (across all roles) are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Platform to:

  • Sell, distribute, or market counterfeit, duplicated, or unauthorized tickets.
  • Promote events that are illegal, hazardous, or violate public health ordinances.
  • Utilize bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to interact with the Platform.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to breach Platform security.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of Parvati Freaks or any third party.
  • Engage in deceptive marketing or spamming of attendees.

💡 7. Intellectual Property

All digital content, trademarks, logos, site design, and software code provided on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Parvati Freaks.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce or reuse any part of the platform without explicit permission.

⚖️ Legal Provisions

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 "AS IS" Basis: The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Parvati Freaks makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of the Platform or the success of any event.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parvati Freaks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from (A) your use of or inability to use the platform; (B) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; or (C) injury, loss, or damage incurred at any event listed on the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parvati Freaks, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) Your breach of this Agreement; (ii) Your negligence or willful misconduct; (iii) (For Organizers) Any injury, damage, or legal infraction occurring at your event.

10. Governing Law

10.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

11. Amendments

Parvati Freaks reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform subsequent to such changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised Agreement.
