At Parvati Freaks, we believe in complete transparency and fairness when it comes to our partnerships with event organizers and the community we serve. This document outlines in detail how our pricing model, transaction fees, and payout process work for all events hosted via the Parvati Freaks platform, brand, or affiliated network.
🔹 1. Organizer Commission Fee
All organizers who list and host events through Parvati Freaks are charged a platform service fee based on the total ticket sales.
✅ Breakdown:
- Platform Commission: 7% of total ticket sales
- Goods & Services Tax (GST): Applied on the 7% as per prevailing government tax rates (currently 18% GST in India)
📌 Example:
If your event generates ₹1,00,000 in ticket sales:
- Platform Commission = ₹7,000
- GST @ 18% on ₹7,000 = ₹1,260
- Total Deduction = ₹8,260
- Net Payout = ₹91,740
💡 This fee covers platform maintenance, customer support, marketing visibility, payment gateway integration, backend operations, and account management.
🔹 2. Customer Transactional Fee
To maintain secure and seamless payment experiences, Parvati Freaks charges a transactional fee to attendees at the time of checkout.
✅ Customer Fee Details:
- Rate: Between 3% to 5% of the ticket price (depending on the payment gateway used and total ticket value)
- Purpose: Covers payment processing, third-party gateway fees, fraud protection, and digital infrastructure
📌 Notes:
- This fee is added at checkout and is paid by the customer, not deducted from the organizer’s payout.
- The exact fee is calculated automatically during payment and displayed to the customer before final confirmation.
- This fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
🔹 3. Payout Terms for Organizers
Parvati Freaks ensures that event organizers are paid out fairly and in a timely manner after the successful completion of their events.
✅ Standard Payout Timeline:
- Payout Processing Time: Within 3 business days after the event concludes
- Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
✅ Payout Method:
- Direct bank transfer to the account details provided by the organizer during onboarding
- Organizers are responsible for ensuring their account details are correct and active
✅ Payout Calculation:
Final payout =
Total Ticket Sales
– Organizer Commission (7%)
– Applicable GST
– Refund Deductions (if any)
📌 Example:
If an event sells ₹50,000 in tickets and has no refunds:
- Commission = ₹3,500
- GST on commission = ₹630
- Net Payout = ₹45,870 (paid within 3 days post-event)
🔹 4. Refunds & Dispute Handling
In rare cases where customers request refunds or raise disputes, the following policy applies:
✅ Refund Responsibility:
- Parvati Freaks will coordinate with the organizer in case of refund requests
- Valid refunds will be deducted from the final payout
- Organizers will be notified in writing before any deduction is made
✅ Dispute Resolution:
- In case of major disputes (e.g., event cancellation, misrepresentation), Parvati Freaks reserves the right to temporarily hold payouts until the matter is resolved
- Organizers are expected to cooperate during any investigation or dispute process
🔹 5. Taxes & Compliance
✅ GST & Legal Compliance:
- Parvati Freaks is a GST-registered entity and will issue tax invoices for all commission fees
- Organizers are responsible for reporting and complying with their own income tax, GST (if applicable), and other local regulations
- Organizers who are GST-registered may share their GSTIN for invoice purposes
🔹 6. Cancellation & No-show Policy
If an event is canceled by the organizer:
- All ticket amounts will be refunded to customers
- Organizer will not receive any payout
- Organizer may be charged a penalty fee in case of repeated cancellations without valid reason

All organizers who list and host events through Parvati Freaks are charged a platform service fee based on the total ticket sales. This fee varies depending on the level of promotional support and customized agreements.
✅ Breakdown:
- Platform Commission: Ranges from 7% to 20% of total gross ticket sales, as mutually agreed upon in writing or digital correspondence prior to the event.
- Promotional Inclusion: Higher commission brackets (up to 20%) typically include dedicated platform marketing, featured placements, and affiliate promoter network access.
- Goods & Services Tax (GST): Applied strictly on the commission amount as per prevailing government tax rates (currently 18% GST in India).
📌 Example (Based on a 10% agreed commission):
If your event generates ₹1,00,000 in ticket sales:
- Platform Commission (10%) = ₹10,000
- GST @ 18% on ₹10,000 = ₹1,800
- Total Deduction = ₹11,800
- Net Payout = ₹88,200

– Organizer Commission (7% to 20%)
– Applicable GST on Commission
– Refund Deductions (if any)
🔹 4. Promoter Commissions & Payouts
Promoters utilizing the Parvati Freaks affiliate network earn commissions based on successfully tracked ticket sales for designated events.
✅ Earning Structure:
- Commission Rate: Determined on a per-event basis as agreed upon by the Organizer and Parvati Freaks.
- Tracking: Sales must be completed through the promoter's unique affiliate link or code to be credited.
✅ Payout Timeline:
- Processing Time: Exactly aligning with Organizer payouts—within 3 business days after the successful conclusion of the promoted event.
- Banking Delays: Subject to standard banking delays or public holidays.
🔹 5. Refunds & Dispute Handling
In rare cases where customers request refunds or raise disputes, the following policy applies:
✅ Refund Responsibility:
- Parvati Freaks will coordinate with the organizer in case of refund requests resulting from cancellations.
- Valid refunds will be deducted from the final payout.
- Organizers will be notified in writing before any deduction is made.
✅ Dispute Resolution:
- In case of major disputes (e.g., event cancellation, misrepresentation), Parvati Freaks reserves the right to temporarily hold payouts until the matter is resolved.
- Organizers are expected to cooperate during any investigation or dispute process.

🔹 7. Cancellation & No-show Policy
If an event is canceled by the organizer:
- Tickets will be refunded to customers (minus a 15% convenience fee, as stated in our standard Terms & Conditions).
- The Organizer and associated Promoters will not receive any payout for canceled events.
- The Organizer may be charged a penalty fee in the case of repeated cancellations without valid reasoning.
