🧾 Parvati Freaks – Pricing, Fees & Payout Policy

At Parvati Freaks, we believe in complete transparency and fairness when it comes to our partnerships with event organizers and the community we serve. This document outlines in detail how our pricing model, transaction fees, and payout process work for all events hosted via the Parvati Freaks platform, brand, or affiliated network.

🔹 1. Organizer Commission Fee

All organizers who list and host events through Parvati Freaks are charged a platform service fee based on the total ticket sales.

✅ Breakdown:

  • Platform Commission: 7% of total ticket sales
  • Goods & Services Tax (GST): Applied on the 7% as per prevailing government tax rates (currently 18% GST in India)

📌 Example:

If your event generates ₹1,00,000 in ticket sales:

  • Platform Commission = ₹7,000
  • GST @ 18% on ₹7,000 = ₹1,260
  • Total Deduction = ₹8,260
  • Net Payout = ₹91,740

💡 This fee covers platform maintenance, customer support, marketing visibility, payment gateway integration, backend operations, and account management.

🔹 2. Customer Transactional Fee

To maintain secure and seamless payment experiences, Parvati Freaks charges a transactional fee to attendees at the time of checkout.

✅ Customer Fee Details:

  • Rate: Between 3% to 5% of the ticket price (depending on the payment gateway used and total ticket value)
  • Purpose: Covers payment processing, third-party gateway fees, fraud protection, and digital infrastructure

📌 Notes:

  • This fee is added at checkout and is paid by the customer, not deducted from the organizer’s payout.
  • The exact fee is calculated automatically during payment and displayed to the customer before final confirmation.
  • This fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

🔹 3. Payout Terms for Organizers

Parvati Freaks ensures that event organizers are paid out fairly and in a timely manner after the successful completion of their events.

✅ Standard Payout Timeline:

  • Payout Processing Time: Within 3 business days after the event concludes
  • Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

✅ Payout Method:

  • Direct bank transfer to the account details provided by the organizer during onboarding
  • Organizers are responsible for ensuring their account details are correct and active

✅ Payout Calculation:

Final payout =
Total Ticket Sales
– Organizer Commission (7%)
– Applicable GST
– Refund Deductions (if any)

📌 Example:

If an event sells ₹50,000 in tickets and has no refunds:

  • Commission = ₹3,500
  • GST on commission = ₹630
  • Net Payout = ₹45,870 (paid within 3 days post-event)

🔹 4. Refunds & Dispute Handling

In rare cases where customers request refunds or raise disputes, the following policy applies:

✅ Refund Responsibility:

  • Parvati Freaks will coordinate with the organizer in case of refund requests
  • Valid refunds will be deducted from the final payout
  • Organizers will be notified in writing before any deduction is made

✅ Dispute Resolution:

  • In case of major disputes (e.g., event cancellation, misrepresentation), Parvati Freaks reserves the right to temporarily hold payouts until the matter is resolved
  • Organizers are expected to cooperate during any investigation or dispute process

🔹 5. Taxes & Compliance

✅ GST & Legal Compliance:

  • Parvati Freaks is a GST-registered entity and will issue tax invoices for all commission fees
  • Organizers are responsible for reporting and complying with their own income tax, GST (if applicable), and other local regulations
  • Organizers who are GST-registered may share their GSTIN for invoice purposes

🔹 6. Cancellation & No-show Policy

If an event is canceled by the organizer:

  • All ticket amounts will be refunded to customers
  • Organizer will not receive any payout
  • Organizer may be charged a penalty fee in case of repeated cancellations without valid reason

🔹 7. Payment Issues & Support

If you have not received your payout within the promised window, please contact our support team with your event name and registered email/phone.
