Return & Refund Policy

At Parvati Freaks, we strive to provide a smooth, transparent, and fair experience for both event attendees (ticket buyers) and event organizers. As a dedicated platform supporting the global underground scene, we believe in upholding community trust through responsible refund and payout practices.

Please take a few minutes to read this Return & Refund Policy, which outlines your rights, responsibilities, and expectations when buying or selling event tickets on Parvati Freaks.


🎟️ 1. General Policy – Final Sales with Fair Exceptions

All ticket sales made through the Parvati Freaks platform are considered final by default. This means tickets are non-refundable once purchased unless the event is canceled, postponed, or significantly changed.

We understand that life — and events — can be unpredictable. That’s why we provide a 100% refund guarantee if something happens outside your control.


🚨 2. Full Refunds for Cancellations & Postponements

If an event is:

  • Canceled
  • Postponed
  • Rescheduled
  • Shut down due to external causes (weather, legal restrictions, force majeure)

…then ticket buyers are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.

✅ What’s Included in the Refund?

  • 100% of the ticket price
  • Any service or processing fees (where applicable)

🔁 How Are Refunds Processed?

  • Refunds are processed automatically by Parvati Freaks if we receive confirmation from the organizer
  • No action is usually required from the buyer
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days

We will notify all ticket holders by email or SMS with updates, timelines, and refund status.


🗓️ 3. What If the Event Is Rescheduled?

If an event is rescheduled (not canceled), your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

However, if you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may:

  • Request a full refund
  • Transfer your ticket to someone else (if allowed by the organizer)

We believe your time and money are valuable — so we always support your right to a refund if an event date no longer works for you.


🚫 4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted

To protect the integrity of organizers and the platform, we do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing
  • You forgot the event date or arrived late
  • You missed the event due to personal conflicts or travel delays
  • The weather was poor, but the event still occurred as scheduled
  • You were denied entry due to personal behavior or failure to meet entry requirements

Please read all event details carefully before purchasing your ticket.


🔄 5. Ticket Transfers

Some events may allow you to transfer your ticket to another person. This is entirely up to the organizer.

If you’d like to transfer your ticket, please:

  1. Contact the event organizer directly
  2. Follow any procedures they require
  3. Ensure the recipient has the necessary details for entry

Parvati Freaks is not responsible for any unofficial ticket transfers conducted outside the platform.


🛠️ 6. Technical Issues or Failed Transactions

If you experience a technical issue during checkout, such as:

  • Double payment
  • Ticket not delivered
  • Payment error but funds were deducted

We will investigate and, if applicable, issue a correction or refund within 5–10 business days.


💸 7. Organizer Fund Settlements (Payout Policy)

At Parvati Freaks, we’re committed to supporting independent event organizers with fair, timely access to their earnings.

Organizers will receive their event funds within 7 to 8 business days after the event ends.

Payouts will be made to the organizer’s verified bank account or wallet registered in their profile.

To ensure a smooth payout:

  • Organizers must provide accurate payment and tax information
  • Events must be completed successfully with no open refund disputes
  • Organizers must agree to our refund policy for canceled or postponed events

Note: If an event is canceled or postponed, payouts may be temporarily held until buyer refunds are processed.


🤝 8. Organizer Obligations

As an event organizer on Parvati Freaks, you agree to:

  • Clearly state your event details, terms, and restrictions
  • Honor this refund policy in case of cancellation or postponement
  • Cooperate with refund requests when necessary
  • Maintain communication with ticket buyers in good faith

Failure to comply with refund responsibilities may result in delayed payouts or removal from the platform.
